Unless specified, meals are ready every other Wednesday. You can choose to pickup or have your meal delivered to you for an additional $5 if you are within 5 miles.*

Where is order pickup?
Meal prep pickup is located at 2909 E 45th Court Davenport, IA. Please come around to the garage. For holidays and special orders, we ask that you please select a time slot at checkout!
Do you deliver?
Currently we offer local delivery within a 5 mile radius of the pickup location for an additional $5 for Iowa residents only. We have a limited number of local delivery slots, so reserve fast!
If I opted for delivery, when can I expect my order?
All meals will be delivered every other Wednesday between 4-6pm! If you will not be home to receive your order, we ask that you please leave a cooler outside your door to keep your meal fresh.
