We do all the work for you! Just choose your meal and serving size for the week you would like to have your pre-made meal.

Choose Pickup or Delivery

Meals are ready every other Wednesday. You can choose to pickup or have your meal delivered to you if you are within our delivery radius of 5 miles in Iowa only.

Heat & Eat

Cooking instructions are included with your packaged meal. The hard part is taken care of for you - now you just need to heat it up and enjoy!
